François and Marc guided us, safely, during this stay, both on the paths of Valgaudemar and on our internal paths.
They did it with warmth and humanity by establishing a framework that respects oneself and everyone. This promotes reflection, the perception of one's emotions, their bodily manifestations, sensitivity to one's values.
They were able to promote nourishing exchanges within the group, which greatly contribute to the awareness process.
This period of time, an evening, a day, may seem short.
However, it allowed me to see points of my personality become clearer and allowed me to take a new look at them. Making me want to continue this journey with them. Didier
