What “nuggets” did they leave with?
The other day, I was talking with someone who has already attended the "Éclairer son chemin" weekend twice. She shared with me what she found most rewarding each time. This inspired me to reread the feedback that participants, like her, have given us over the past two years (already! 😊) that the "Éclairer son chemin" program has existed.
And to look at what they have expressed about what they have experienced, what are the most precious things.
Take the time to slow down

I thank myself for taking these two days for myself, just for me. It feels so good!
I took the time to stop time, to put a stop and take stock... it's something I've never done.
Thank you for allowing me to take this time to step back, with confidence, without judgment. Just letting myself be guided without having to think about "doing." It's very rare. I'm happy to have experienced this.
Recharge your batteries by walking in nature

I marveled at walking in nature, leaving early in the morning. I should do it more often.
The setting for the walk is magnificent, even though I was a little cold. I could have walked for more.
I've done a lot of internships. What I experienced that was unique here was the encounter with nature. It's at the center, as if it were carrying us, in the background. I find that a truly beautiful encounter too. Being outdoors is no small thing.
Experience meeting new people in a respectful and friendly group

I'm not used to talking about myself, and yet I felt good in this group of new people. Everyone's words are respected. I speak, and I know I'm being listened to. Listened to and respected. It's very rare to feel truly listened to.
I loved the welcome, the simplicity, the shared meals, and the great freedom in a simple and friendly setting. I experienced a community where life is good.
It's a powerful and "safe" structure that allowed me to be who I am, and in a collective. Centered on myself and with others, and with a group. When I'm centered on myself, I'm more with you. It's a place where I can "muscle" that stuff.
Learn about yourself

I'm not used to talking about myself. I didn't really know what I was going to say. But walking, looking at nature, listening to others... it came!
We don't know each other. You come here and suddenly you become a philosopher...! I'll remember that.
I'm surprised how much I've thought about and progressed in such a short time. I'm glad I realized that.
I'm never going to walk with someone the same way again.
Listening to the experiences of people I didn't know is a great enrichment. Because even if we have different stories, we're all looking for the same things.
All these nuggets nourish us to continually enrich the experience that future participants will come to feed off. Thank you🎁
