18 months after having done the Sculpter son Chemin course and having experienced some of life's pitfalls, I wanted to do another Woaching course, Eclairer son Chemin.

It was a joy to find the caring supervision of François and Marc but also the dynamics of a new group. I was surprised by the sharing of thoughts and the contribution of each person.

I enjoyed these 2 days that I dedicated to myself. Taking a break, getting away from everyday life and letting myself be carried away by the safe environment of the Lachaup house and the splendor of Valgaudemar under the autumn sun.

Of course the effects in 2 days are not as profound as a week-long program but this weekend allowed me to reconnect with the energy felt 18 months ago, to relive the sensations but also to become aware of all the progress I have made since then.

I will do Woaching again. At the week or at the weekend? The future will tell. In any case, each format allows me to reconnect with myself and align myself to move forward on my path.
